Savant FIT
A club is part of the movement problem. Length, mass, shaft, grip, lie, loft, set composition, ball, shoes, and carrying method can all change the solution the body must create.

What a real fitting should consider
Can the golfer organize posture, strike, face, and low point without compensating for geometry?
Can she sense and accelerate the club while retaining control and enough reserve for the round?
How do mass, profile, torque, and timing interact with the way she loads and releases energy?
Diameter, texture, weight, hand dimensions, comfort, and the tension the interface invites.
Does the set create useful carry intervals without demanding repeated maximum effort?
Flight, spin, stopping, feel, surfaces, mats, and the shots she actually plays.
Traction, walking, balance, bag weight, carrying method, and fatigue over the course.
What changed after the last fitting—and did the movement, impact, flight, comfort, and scoring improve?

Equipment Protection
A heavier, longer, stiffer, differently gripped, or differently balanced club can alter effort and movement. So can new shoes, hard mats, more ground contact, or suddenly hitting more balls because the new equipment is exciting.
Connect the fitting to Protection →Direct research on women’s interaction with golf-club properties remains thinner than it should be.
That is a reason to measure and validate—not a reason to fall back on a gender label.
